About Summer Sparks

Summer Sparks is a series of creative activities taking place across Sunderland in August. It’s part of an exciting new programme called Culture Start that is helping as many children and young people in Sunderland as possible to take part in free creative and cultural events. Culture Start is run by a charity called Sunderland Culture.

Travel

The Culture Start Summer Sparks session take place at The Hut, Moorsley Road, Hetton, DH5 0ED.

Filming and Photography

We sometimes take photographs of and film some of our events and activities. Sunderland Culture and Culture Start would like you permission to capture images of the child in your care through video, audio or photography, which we would only use to reasonably promote Culture Start and Sunderland Culture’s programmes.

I understand that:

images will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018

images captured in the video/audio recordings and/or photographs will be the copyright of Sunderland Culture and Culture Start and any other intellectual property which arises will also belong to Sunderland Culture and Culture Start

images may also be shared with trusted project and funding partners to reasonable promote Sunderland Culture and Culture Start.
