When will my item be ready to collect/How to arrange delivery
COLLECTION
Many glass items created in our experiences need time to cool and are not immediately available to take away with you on the day. If you have chosen to collect your work, the collection date will be confirmed on the day of your experience, this is usually up to 1 week after your workshop. Alternatively, your item can posted out on request.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
If you wish to have your item/s delivered to your home, you can arrange this prior to your course by contacting us via 0191 568 9700 or info@nationalglasscentre.com
or
you can arrange and pay for this on the day you take part at our Visitor Services Desk.
Delivery costs are subjective to the item/s shipped. Our Visitor Services team will be able to advise you of the costs at the time of arrangement.

- 1 sandcast x £10
- 2 sandcasts x £15
- 3 – 5 sandcasts x £20

On the day of your experience
On the day of your experience, you should arrive 10 minutes before the start of your course and report to the Visitor Services desk to register.
Please note: Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of National Glass Centre staff; any necessary health and safety briefing missed, as a result of late arrival, will lead you to be unable to take part and no refund will be given.
TICKETS
Care of Box Office Tickets
You do not have to pre-collect your tickets for this experience from National Glass Centre. If you selected Care of Box Office on ordering, your tickets will be available at any time from our Visitor Services Desk, you may just collect them on arrival for your activity.Print at Home Tickets
If you selected Print at Home Tickets at the time of booking we ask that you bring your confirmation email with your tickets attached with you on the day of your experience to show to our Visitor Services Team. It is not necessary to print the tickets out. -
What should I wear?
Please make sure you are suitably dressed, we recommend comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.
If your course has any special instructions, these will be listed on the webpage when booking. (please note not every course has additional terms and conditions)

All of our activities have an age restriction listed. Please make sure you check any restrictions before booking.

All of our activities have an age restriction listed. Please make sure you check any restrictions before booking.
All Adults Courses and Classes are 16+
Please note some of our courses require that under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult (this will be specified in the activity information). The accompanying adult may be asked to sign a disclaimer.
Children attending family workshops should not be left unattended and be supervised by an adult at all times.
