Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs
We welcome guide dogs and assistance dogs and can provide a bowl of water on request.

Induction Loop
An induction loop facilities are available in most areas for people with impaired hearing.

Car Park
The centre has a free car park and three designated blue badge bays and an electric car charging point.

Theatre Stairs
if you are unable to access the theatre by the stairs please come to reception when you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the performance.
A member of staff will show you to your designated seat via the ground floor.
At the interval and at the end of the performance a member of staff will also be on hand to assist.

Courtyard Workshops and Studios
The Art Workshop, Art Gallery and artists studios are on the ground floor. Some of the entryways have a small step or lip that may make access for those with limited physical mobility or wheelchair users more difficult. Please call 0191 561 3455 or e-mail acw@sunderland.gov.uk before your visit

Granary
Situated upstairs with entrance door located in the main reception area, this upstairs space has a wheelchair lift available.

Toilets / Baby Change
We have a large accessible toilet on the ground floor with appropriate amenities as well as baby changing facilities, adjacent to the Theatre and Bar entrance.
